ISSOS Trees For Students
We are committed to doing everything that we can to reduce our environmental footprint. So from now on, for every student who signs up for our programmes, we will plant a tree in the Scottish Highlands.

The eyes of the world are on Glasgow this week as world leaders gather to combat climate change for COP26.
As an international summer school provider, we welcome students from all over the world to our campuses at St Andrews, Cambridge and Yale. To get everyone together for our programmes obviously means a lot of travel, which is unavoidable in gathering our students to join our international family.
But everyone must play their part in reducing the impact that we have on our environment so, from now on, in addition to a wider series of measures we are taking to reduce our environmental impact, we will also be planting a tree for every single student who signs up to our programmes.
With the help of Trees For Life, our trees will be carefully planted in protected sites in the Scottish Highlands, where they will create homes for wildlife and forests for the future. We have started our Grove and will be adding to it for every student attending our summer programmes.
If you have already attended ISSOS and would like to add a tree to our Grove in your name, you can donate a tree for £6 and help the ISSOS forest grow!
