Arrival & Departure

All arrival and departure dates are the same as our opening and closing dates for each campus. Students arrive on opening day and depart on closing day. 

 

St Andrews Campus

Session 1: Arrival Date: Sunday 30 June - Departure Date Sunday 21 July 

Session 2: Arrival Date Wednesday 24 July - Departure Date Wednesday 14 August 

Timing of arrivals and departures

Arrival: Our designated airport is Edinburgh International Airport, students must arrive between 0800 - 1530 (BST)to be met by our staff.

Departure: Our staff leave Edinburgh International Airport at 1400 (BST) on departure days. 

Any students departing after this time must be old enough to wait alone, check themselves in, and fly with the airline. There may be a small group of students who can wait safely together but this can't be guaranteed.

Students can also be dropped off at campus (between 1200-1600) or picked up directly from campus by guardians and parents (before 1200).

 

Cambridge Campus

Arrival Date - Wednesday 10th July - Departure Date - Wednesday 31 July

Arrival: Our designated airport is Stansted Airport, students must arrive between 0800 - 1530 (BST)to be met by our staff.

Departure: Our staff leave Stansted Airport at 1400 (BST) on departure days. 

Any students departing after this time must be old enough to wait alone, check themselves in, and fly with the airline. There may be a small group of students who can wait safely together but this can't be guaranteed.

Students can also be dropped off at campus (between 1200-1600) or picked up directly from campus by guardians and parents (before 1200).

 

Yale campus 

Arrival Date - Sunday 14 July - Departure Date - Sunday 4 August

Arrival: Our designated airport is JFK International Airport, students must arrive between 0800 - 1430 (EDT)to be met by our staff.

Departure: Our staff leave JFK International Airport at 1400 (EDT) on departure days. 

Any students departing after this time must be old enough to wait alone, check themselves in, and fly with the airline. There may be a small group of students who can wait safely together but this can't be guaranteed.

Students can also be dropped off at campus (between 1200-1600) or picked up directly from campus by guardians and parents (before 1200).

Arriving or departing after designated coach times 

For any students arriving or departing at different airports or at different times than those stated above, or arriving by train, we can provide trusted car services for you to book directly with.

We will also provide postcodes If you are planning on dropping your son or daughter off directly at the campus.
