ISSOS St Andrews 2019
OPENING DAY ST ANDREWS 2019!
Sunday was opening day for our first session of ISSOS 2019, and we welcomed over 150 students from all over the world to our campus at St Andrews University.
With students arriving between 7am - 11.30pm it was an exhausting but amazing day for our ISSOS staff family in St Andrews, who finally got to meet the students that they will be spending the next 3 weeks with.
The next few weeks will be spent learning, laughing, and creating memories and friendships to last a lifetime. Our returning students who arrived on Sunday are proof of the fact that the bonds made at ISSOS last much longer than 3 weeks. There were so many emotional reunions with students eagerly awaiting the arrival of buses with the friends they made last summer on board.
Opening day (and the whole session!) couldn't happen without our amazing team of summer school teachers, counselors, and the campus management team, so thank you to them all for working so hard this weekend to make it go so smoothly for our arriving students. Thank you also to our ISSOS parents for entrusting us with your sons and daughters, we can't wait to spend the next 3 weeks with them all!
