Jeremy

Jeremy joined the ISSOS family in Cambridge 2024, alongside his partner Matilda, making up our Outdoor Leadership team.

Jeremy has extensive experience in designing and leading outdoor education programmes and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education with a minor in social work.

He also has experience planning and implementing school-wide health and wellbeing programmes and in building strong relationships and restorative practices within school communities. He enjoys creating supportive learning environments, enabling students to develop confidence, build lifelong friendships, and grow personally.

Matilda

Matilda joined us in Cambridge in 2024 as one of our Outdoor Leadership teachers.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Outdoor Education and has spent the past six years working in Australia as a Teacher, Outdoor Education Leader, and School Camp Instructor. She has worked in several different educational programmes across Australia, where she contributed to programmes designed to build students’ confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills through outdoor activities.

As part of her experience Matilda also mentored students, and facilitated leadership and personal development experiences. She has led various outdoor adventure activities such as archery, rock climbing, bush cooking, and surfing, and played a key role in establishing a strong learning community, particularly supporting socially challenged students.
