Additional Activities at ISSOS
After electives each weekday (except Wednesdays), students have the choice of signing up for our Additional Activities, designed to be fun and sociable, and the perfect way to round off the school day. Led by our talented staff team, what’s on offer reflects the skills and interests of our Counselors each year. Whether you’re keen to get active, creative, or are just curious about something new, there’s always an opportunity to take part in something different. These activities also help students expand their social circle beyond their classmates and spend the time between classes and dinner learning new things.

What are Additional Activities?
Our 4pm Additional Activities are flexible activities that give students a chance to relax, explore, and socialise after classes. Because our Counselors build the sessions based on their own passions and talents, what’s on offer each day varies by campus.
After the first few days, signing up for 4pm activities is optional, but they’re a great way to try something you might not have done before and meet students from different classes or Counselor groups.
Students can also request a particular 4pm activity if there is something they’re interested in doing that they would like to share with others.
Beyond broadening your skill set, taking part in our Additional Activities is a great, low-pressure way to make the most of your afternoons and keep building new connections within the ISSOS family.
Students who choose to have free time instead can either get some well deserved rest and relaxation in their room, or can go and explore the local town with friends.
