Our Media Managers are responsible for documenting the entire 3 week summer school from both the students and staff point of view through photography and some short films.

Taking, editing and uploading photos daily (approximately 200 photos per day)
Make sure all required shots are taken as stated in the handbook
Managing and producing several short films (between 4 and 7 minutes in length)
Managing Instagram/Facebook stories for your campus, and TikTok
Managing your time effectively to make sure you can document different parts of the day: Classes, activities, evening programmes etc

Before the start of the session, we run a three-day orientation (dates are inclusive of this).
Staff members receive reimbursement after the session. Travel reimbursements and any finders’ fees are paid separately.
We provide accommodation in all locations for all staff. Meals are provided in the halls of residence once students arrive, however, staff are responsible for their meals during Orientation.
£2,200 GBP per session (£4,400 GBP for the full contract).
Up to £150 reimbursed for travel to/from St Andrews.
All of our staff must pass a full criminal background check*
We provide full bed and board for you at our campuses, plus fixed payment
All staff are required to be on duty (on a rota basis) for evening programmes, activities, day trips and arrival/departure days.
