A Look at Our Summer Staff Roles
Each summer, we bring together a fantastic team of around 35 staff at every campus to create a safe, supportive and inspiring environment where students aged 13–18 from around the world can learn, grow and have the experience of a lifetime.
Our staff work at our summer schools in St Andrews, Cambridge and Yale, three of the world’s most prestigious university settings. Every member of our team plays an essential role in making ISSOS a home away from home for our international students.
Summer Roles at ISSOS
We offer a range of summer school jobs and seasonal staff positions, including:

Management roles – overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of each campus.

Student welfare and camp counselor positions – supporting our students, building community, and creating a fun, safe atmosphere.

Teaching jobs – delivering engaging academic and creative classes led by experienced professionals from around the world.

All of our summer staff roles are paid, and full bed and board are provided for the duration of the programme.
