Campus Management Team
Roles: Programme Directors, Programme Assistants, Head Counselors.
As part of the Campus Management team your role will be one of the most varied and vital on campus.You’ll oversee the daily running of campus life, working closely with all departments and Head Office to ensure everything runs smoothly. Expect busy, varied days with one full day off each week.
Teaching Roles
Academic Teachers – English, Debate, Journalism, Study Skills, Youth Leadership, Business & Entrepreneurship, Creative Writing
Teach your own class of international students each morning (9am–12pm). Afternoons are for prep, marking, or free time. You’ll help at Evening Programmes (up to 3 nights per week) and may join weekend trips or Sunday workshops.




Elective Teaches
Art, Film, Theatre, Photography, Outdoor Leadership
Teach afternoons (1pm–4pm), with mornings for prep or downtime. Help at Evening Programmes (up to 4 nights per week) and join campus events or Sunday workshops. Weekends are mostly free.
Counselors
You’ll live alongside your student group in halls, supporting them throughout the day—from wake-up to lights out. Mornings may include meetings or duties, afternoons are spent running activities, and evenings focus on programmes. Weekends include trips and workshops. Each counselor gets one full day off per week.




Media Managers
Capture life at ISSOS through photos and video. You’ll manage your own schedule, covering classes, activities, trips, and events to create daily content for social media and archives. One full day off per week.
