Visiting the University of St Andrews, 2010
Date: February 10, 2010
Please read this information if any of you would like to arrange a visit to the University of St Andrews. However, please contact the University of St Andrews directly.
Attending one of the University's scheduled Visiting Days is highly recommended for any potential student. It is the best way to see and learn about student life and study at the University as all areas are open to visitors and there are various talks and tours to select on the day. It is also possible to choose up to two academic departments to visit on the day and see one of their various Halls of Residence.
For upcoming Visiting Day dates, further information on what a Visiting Day entails and the online booking form please see:
Should none of the Visiting Days be convenient, the University can arrange individual visits and welcome visitors to the University Mondays to Fridays during office hours. Such a visit would include watching the University DVD, meeting with a member of Admissions staff, and a walking tour with one of our Student Ambassadors. Visits are booked for the following times:
Unfortunately, due to staff commitments it is not possible to book Individual Visits out with these times. The University are unable to offer a hall of residence tour or guarantee that you will be able to visit an academic department when coming on an Individual Visit. They require at least 2 weeks notice to book an individual visit with a possible department visit included.
I hope this information helps you all at ISSOS.
