In addition, some of the study options in St Andrews Session 2 are reaching capacity, in particular, Youth Leadership and Tennis.
Our 10% nationality cap means that at both St Andrews and Cambridge we can unfortunately no longer accept applications from students residing
in Lebanon, but we are still open for applications at our Yale campus.
“ To say that ISSOS was an incredible experience for my daughter would be an understatement. This program was life changing. In 3 short weeks, my daughter was submerged into the Scottish culture, made lifelong friends from all over the world (including war torn regions) with different cultures, religions, and traditions, learned from her new friends as well as in and out of the classroom from incredible professors and counselors. She had the time of her life. We looked at many summer programs, spoke to many students and ISSOS came with the best recommendations. We now see why.”

As the places begin to fill we are asked more and more, why are the numbers limited to 10% of any one nationality? The answer is simply because it’s what makes ISSOS so special and it’s the reason we were able to welcome a record 80 nationalities to our programs in 2018.
We do not accept large group bookings from educational agents, and we cap the numbers because we want ISSOS to remain truly international. By doing this we create an atmosphere where students are surrounded by people from every corner of the world and friendships are created that span countries, continents, races and religions.
